Celebrations in 2013
This year, the Festival will celebrate its 15th anniversary. The creative team is now working on a very special program. Of course, invited Canadian and International Bands will gladly offer musical parts and choreographies carefully chosen for this anniversary. We invite you to keep an eye on our next Newsletters for the latest information.
A fourth performance added
We would like to remind you that a fourth performance of the Military Tattoo will take place on Saturday afternoon. This addition will allow a greater number of festival-goers to come and hear the best Military Bands from Canada and around the world. For a period of two hours and a half, without intermission, the performances will be held on Thursday and Friday, August 22 and 23 at 7 pm and on Saturday, August 24 at 2 pm and 7 pm.
New Partnership with Grands Feux Loto-Québec
The Festival is proud to be Grands Feux Loto-Québec’s Partner for the 2013 edition. Last February 26 took place the official press conference to announce the organization’s new formula: six nights realized in partnership with six important events in Québec City and Lévis. The Festival in one of these six events! On August 21, don’t miss this wonderful night mixing miliraty music and fireworks !
Festival Parade
To help you planing your next August calendar, we would like to inform you that the Festival Parade will be held on Sunday, August 25 at 2 pm instead of Saturday, in order to present this very popular activity on the same day as Family Day.
