2013 Preliminary Program : August 20 to 25
We look forward to seeing you at the Québec City International Festival of Military Bands. A detailed program will be available in July 2013.

August 20 (6:00 P.M.) : Opening Ceremony
About 700 musicians will kick off the traditional Opening Ceremony. A dazzling event not to be missed!

August 21 (7:30 P.M.) : Grand Palace Concert (Palais Montcalm)
To mark the 15th anniversary of Festival, a military music Grand Concert of an exceptional quality will be presented at the Palais Montcalm. Come to see and to hear the excellence of the German et Chilean Bands. They will be accompanied for some musical pieces by three famous tenors from the Russian Red Army Choir ! All will be united to make the wall of this somptuous room vibrate! More information.
August 22, 23 & 24: Québec City Military TATTOO (4 representations)
The military musicians dazzle with their military marches, interpretation of popular songs, spectacular choreographies and the grand finale involving nearly 700 participants and musicians on stage. Four performances will take place on Thursday and Friday, 7:00 P.M. / Saturday, 2:00 P.M. and 7:30 P.M. More information.
August 25 (2:00 P.M.) : Festival Parade
Sunday, August 25th, marking the cadence of their steps, the Music argue alternately in the rhythm of their interpretations, forming an impressive procession on Grande Allée. FREE
August 25 (10:00 A.M.): Family Day
The Festival invites children and adults on the Place George V, for a wonderful day dedicated to the family. Animation, games, face painting and of course concerts for all ages. FREE

About twenty popular concerts are held on the main site of the International Festival of Military Bands : Place George V. FREE
