Parents and children can enjoy their picnics while the Festival offers free make-up, air bounces, animation and live music Concerts: Canada represented by La Musique des cadets de la Région de l'Est 2:00 P.M.Festival Parade, Grande Allée An impressive parade on Grande Allée, from Taché Street, down along Saint-Louis Street, to the Québec City Hall. Bands will march in step as they perform military marches and other works Attention: In case of bad weather, the Parade will take place on Sunday 29, at 2:00 P.M. 7:00 P.M.
